We were going for a day-trip to the woods and needed something to chew on. I had a couple of pieces of nice flank-steak that would be the main attraction of the sandwich.
Tomato, perfectly cooked steak and a onion/sumak/parsley mix. That's a arabic mix that is nice to have in sandwiches or as a compliment to a meat dish.
Sourcream and onioncrisps and finely choped salad aka "chiffonad".
Ok. Assembly-time. Baguette cutted into half and some tahiniyoghurt spreaded on first.
After that the flank.
Then some sauces like HP-sauce, dijon and srirasha.
After that the tomato and onion/sumak-mix.
Chiffonad.
Crisps.
DAMN NICE!!!
